Female star teases special appearance on SmackDown after missing WWE RAW
The return to USA Network of WWE SmackDown is upon us and the anticipation among fans is massive. The season premiere of RAW turned out to be a fascinating show, and nothing less is expected from the blue brand.
Female WWE personality, Cathy Kelley, missed the season premiere of RAW, thanks to her interview with Batista. However, the star has now teased an appearance on the blue brand's debut on the USA Network.
In a recent post on X/Twitter, a fan speculated that a special appearance from Cathy Kelley on SmackDown might be seen. Answering the fan's claim, the 35-year-old sent out a five-word message, stating that if luck was with them, it could be possible.
"Maybe both if we’re lucky," wrote Kelley.
Check out the exchange below:
Roman Reigns is reportedly set to make an appearance on WWE SmackDown this week
The Original Tribal Chief has not been on TV since Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline's brutal attack on him. Roman Reigns was driven through the announce table with a vicious triple powerbomb on SmackDown a couple of weeks ago.
However, Reigns' return is now being rumored. The latter would reportedly be present on SmackDown's return to the USA Network, enhancing his storyline with Solo Sikoa and the new Bloodline. With the 39-year-old already falling prey to the numbers game, bringing some backup, in the form of Jimmy Uso, upon his return won't be a surprise.
WWE could have several fireworks lined up for Reigns' return and SmackDown debut on the USA Network. Apart from the OTC's appearance, Solo Sikoa vs Cody Rhodes in a Steel Cage Match has also been scheduled for the show, which would now kick off the festivities on Friday.
Kevin Owens is set to bring out a mystery tag partner to go head-to-head with A-Town-Down Under and the grueling feud between Carmelo Hayes and Andrade will continue.
With a lot of exciting matches and stories lined up, fans are waiting with bated breath to see how SmackDown pans out.
