Former WWE star comments on Finn Balor's training
Wrestling veteran EC3 recently commented on Finn Balor's training methods and noted that they were rather unique.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Outlaws, the former WWE Superstar shared his thoughts about Balor as a performer. EC3 noted that the 43-year-old was very disciplined with his training and diet and he found the latter's unique methods quite intriguing. The veteran complimented Balor's work in the ring and noted he was a great person as well.
"He's great. He does some very unique training, which I always found intriguing. Always one of the few guys super dialed in diet-wise. I think he was a big keto guy. I don't know if he still is. But yeah, I mean he is a great wrestler, he's a great talent. And from all accounts I have had with him, a great dude," he said. [0:42 onwards]
