Finn Balor has a "unique" behind-the-scenes training program, says ex-WWE star (Exclusive)

Finn Balor is undoubtedly one of the most toned stars on the WWE roster, for apparently good reason. Former superstar EC3 recently discussed the Judgment Day members' training practices, lending insight into their uniqueness.

With Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest out of Judgment Day, the focus has largely shifted to Finn as a major player in the storyline. The rivalry between Damian and him has especially intensified over the last few weeks, leading to a match being scheduled between them for Bad Blood.

When discussing the topic of Finn Balor on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, former WWE star EC3 shared his thoughts on the Judgment Day member. He said:

"He's great. He does some very unique training, which I always found intriguing. Always one of the few guys super dialed in diet-wise. I think he was a big keto guy. I don't know if he still is. But yeah, I mean he is a great wrestler, he's a great talent. And from all accounts I have had with him, a great dude." [0:42 onwards]

Finn Balor recently made a shocking revelation on WWE RAW

Fans were led to believe that Finn Balor had tried to stop Dominik Mysterio from getting together with Liv Morgan, but apparently, that was not the case.

On an episode of RAW, Finn revealed that he had influenced Dominik to ally with Liv. This left Rhea Ripley visibly heartbroken and surprised before Jey Uso interrupted them.

"There's one more thing that I wanted to tell you, and I wanted it to come from me. You know, when Liv was putting the moves on Dom, and Dom was trying to resist, I was the devil on Dom's shoulder. I told him to go with Liv. I told him to forget about you. It was me," Balor revealed.

As of now, it remains to be seen what is next for Finn in WWE, and whether he will be the one to win at Bad Blood against Damian Priest.
