Former champion should call out Triple H and WWE on TV for burying him, according to wrestling veteran (Exclusive)

Former WCW Champion Vince Russo wants Jinder Mahal to call out Triple H on TV as part of an elaborate storyline on WWE RAW.

Mahal and his Indus Sher stablemates, Veer Mahaan and Sanga, were drafted to RAW in the 2023 Draft. The faction had been working down in NXT in recent months, where Jinder Mahal even challenged Bron Breakker for the NXT World Title but failed to win. While it remains to be seen what lies ahead for the trio on RAW, Vince Russo has pitched an interesting idea for Mahal.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo, the wrestling veteran mentioned that Jinder Mahal needs to deliver a worked shoot promo on TV. Russo explained the former WWE Champion must question the company for forcing him down the card while Gunther continues to get propelled to the main event.

"I would love Jinder to cut a promo, it's a shoot, but it's a work, because now the attention is at Gunther with the title and the IC belt, and I swear to god if I'm Jinder, I'm doing it as a shoot but kind of in a worked way. 'What did I do wrong as the WWE Champion?' Bro, if you look at what Jinder did when they ran with him as the WWE Champion, he did nothing wrong. He did nothing wrong, bro," said Vince Russo.

Furthermore, Vince Russo added that Mahal could go as far as to call out Triple H, seeking an explanation on why he was relegated to perform in NXT.

"I would love to see him. I would love to see him ask, 'What did I do to go to the bottom of the barrel? What did I do to go from WWE Champion to NXT? Please, man. Hunter, you back there? I need somebody to come out here and explain to me.' I would love to see that, bro," added Vince Russo. [7:22 - 8:19]
