Former WWE champion fires shots at Bayley ahead of King and Queen of the Ring; deletes social media post moments later

A WWE Superstar recently fired shots at Bayley. The name in question is one-half of the former Women's Tag Team Champions, Chelsea Green.

Piper Niven and Chelsea Green were drafted to the blue brand during the WWE Draft 2024. The latter is scheduled to face Bayley in a singles match on the upcoming edition of SmackDown, the night before the King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event. It will be Green's first singles match on the Friday Night Show since the one she lost to Shotzi in October last year.

Chelsea Green took to X/Twitter to fire shots at Bayley before deleting the post. The former IMPACT Knockouts Champion stated she was enjoying her time at a first-class lounge ahead of her flight to Saudi Arabia while claiming The Role Model travels in economy class. She referred to the champion as 'Bad juju Bayley.'

WWE Women's Champion Bayley pushes for a tournament

The King and the Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event will air live from The Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia on May 25. In addition to multiple title matches, the show will also feature the finals of the King and the Queen of the Ring tournaments.

During her recent appearance on WWE's The Bump, Bayley shared her take on the ongoing tournament. The Role Model stated that she was proud of all the performers putting forth incredible performances. She further expressed her desire to witness a tournament to determine the number-one contender for the Women's Championship:

"I love it. I wish that we could do more things like this. I think Queen of the Ring has been so special and such a good highlight for women that haven’t really gotten the time to show who they are and what they can do... These are PLE-level matches that I’ve been able to, as the champion, kind of take the stress off myself and enjoy. I’m just so happy and so proud of the whole division for killing it and just showing like, I feel like they deserve more matches like this, more spotlights, more tournaments. Hell, have a tournament to face me next, just so I can watch," she said.

IYO SKY and Lyra Valkyria will battle it out on RAW to book a place in the final of the tournament against either Nia Jax or Bianca Belair. The two SmackDown Superstars will lock horns on the upcoming edition of the blue brand with an opportunity to move one step closer to the crown.
