Former WWE champion sends a message after The Rock's daughter Ava punishes him for controversial actions

A former WWE champion recently took to social media to send a message after The Rock's daughter Ava banned him from an upcoming show. The champion being referred to here is NXT's Oro Mensah.

Mensah and Ethan Page are currently engaged in a heated feud after The Meta-Four member attacked Page several times for injuring his teammate Noam Dar. The 29-year-old star put the former AEW star on notice again on the latest episode of NXT.

However, The Rock's daughter Ava finally took action against Oro Mensah and banned him from the upcoming NXT Heatwave Premium Live Event, where Ethan Page is set to compete in a Fatal Four-Way Match against Trick Williams, Shawn Spears, and Je'Von Evans for the NXT Championship.

The former NXT UK Tag Team Champion recently took to X/Twitter to send a message after Ava banned him from Heatwave. Mensah reacted with several laughing emojis.

"Banned from #NXTHeatwave," Oro Mensah shared.

What the future has in store for the 29-year-old star remains to be seen.

Former WWE champion believes NXT is the perfect spot for Ethan Page

During an edition of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, former WWE United States Champion Matt Hardy said that he believed Ethan Page was more of an entertainer than a wrestler.

Hardy also mentioned that Page did not get a better opportunity during his time in AEW but believed that WWE NXT was the perfect spot for him.

"At the end of the day, I think Ethan Page is more of an entertainer than he's a wrestler. But he's a great wrestler; he's a great athlete! He's very smart, and he has a very good promo, and I feel like his entertainment value overshadowed his athleticism a little. That's why he didn't get a better opportunity at AEW. That's just my personal guess or my personal take. But him being on NXT, I think, is the perfect spot for him," Matt Hardy said.

It will be interesting to see if Oro Mensah will somehow manage to sneak into the arena at NXT Heatwave despite his ban to cost Ethan Page the match.
