Former WWE champion shares hilarious video of Cody Rhodes attacking him during a recent show
A popular WWE Superstar recently shared a hilarious video of the Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes attacking him while being in a match with his tag team partner. The name in question is Grayson Waller.
The American Nightmare locked horns with The Aussie Icon's tag team partner, Austin Theory, in a dark match after the September 27 edition of Friday Night SmackDown went off the air. Rhodes defeated the former United States Champion to retain his title.
Grayson Waller recently took to his Instagram account to share a short clip he captured during the match. The former WWE Tag Team Champions were repeatedly taunting at the camera held by Waller. Midway through the contest, Cody Rhodes went on the outside to join the Aussie in the same frame and then smashed his face on the announcer's desk.
"Nightmare 🤬," wrote Grayson Waller.

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes shares his take on Triple H taking over creative control
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has received a lot of praise from the company's talent, critics, and fans since he became the creative head in 2022 following Vince McMahon's retirement. Cody Rhodes, who has often talked about his relationship with The Game, recently also shared his views on the latter.
In early September, ESPN mentioned Triple H on their list of the most influential people in boxing, MMA, and wrestling. The outlet spoke to The American Nightmare about his opinion of the former World Champion.
Rhodes stated that the latter had the instincts of a champion even before becoming one, and it helped him when he became the wrestling promotion's Chief Content Officer.
"Triple H in the ring had World Champion instincts long before he ever was one. He applies those instincts expertly today as chief content officer. He was also amongst a handful of players ahead of the curve in terms of evolving the sport, which he showcased with the NXT black-and-gold era. When the moment came for him to take over with Nick Khan and lead the ship creatively, he helped guide WWE to massive television ratings and social engagement increases. I take the field for him with immense pride," Rhodes said.
Cody Rhodes is scheduled to team up with Roman Reigns to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood. It remains to be seen how the arch-rivals will fare against The Bloodline at the premium live event.
