Former WWE star reacts to Uncle Howdy's segment on RAW; wants him to win the World Title
Uncle Howdy interviewed Bo Dallas in an eerie segment on WWE RAW that had people talking. A former WWE Superstar loved it so much that he even called for The Wyatt Sicks leader to win the World Heavyweight Championship immediately.
After Chad Gable qualified for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Abby the Witch, played by Nikki Cross, crept up behind him. She then delivered a tape to Michael Cole, who gave it to the production team to be played for the WWE Universe.
It showed Dallas for the first since his release back in 2021. Howdy asked about his feelings about himself and the death of his brother Bray Wyatt. The former NXT Champion probably put on his best promo performance as he discussed his plans with his brother before his untimely passing last year.
The segment had former WWE star Top Dolla, now known as AJ Francis, calling for Uncle Howdy's push to the top:
"Nah I've seen enough. Give Uncle Howdy the world title."
The Wyatt Sicks' introduction last week had the WWE Universe buzzing with what they did backstage. Uncle Howdy, Abby the Witch, Ramblin' Rabbit, Mercy the Buzzard, and Huskus the Pig put everyone on notice.
Howdy's interview with Bo Dallas gave him some layers to his character, not just a supernatural one. It could happen to all other members of the group and help them get established before having their first feud on the main roster.
Bo Dallas answers questions from Uncle Howdy
It was widely known that Bo Dallas was portraying Uncle Howdy when the character debuted in late 2022 after Bray Wyatt's return. Plans for the brothers were halted when Wyatt's health issue arose before his untimely death last August.
With the re-introduction of Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks, there were doubts about the success of the group with Dallas at the helm. It was one of the questions asked by Howdy to the mourning WWE star.
Here was his answer:
"We were gonna to rule together. We finally made it. We were there. We had it. And then it was taken away from me. There is no one on this earth that feels more hurt than me from his loss. Not one person on earth feels what I feel. What am I supposed to do? Let him become a mausoleum? Let everyone forget about what he stood for? What he fought for? What he believed in?" [2:36 - 3:23]
The video ended with Dallas and Howdy sitting in front of each other as the screen turned blue.
