Former WWE Superstar Elias reacts to Joe Hendry's concert from NXT: The Great American Bash
Former WWE Superstar Elias, now known as Elijah, has reacted to Joe Hendry's concert from night one of NXT: The Great American Bash. The TNA star showing up on NXT is part of the recent trend of stars showing up in the other company's shows.
During his time in WWE, Elias was best known for his concerts and walking through the WWE Universe while playing his guitar. At WrestleMania 35, Elias' concert was famously interrupted by John Cena, who brought back the Doctor of Thuganomics gimmick for one night only.
On Twitter/X, Elias reacted to Hendry's concert by sharing a GIF of himself that read "Ok, I can't look at that."
Check out Elias' reaction to Hendry's concert:
In September 2023, Elias was released from WWE. During his time with the company, he won the 24/7 Championship on four separate occasions.
Meanwhile, Hendry is currently signed to TNA but has appeared on NXT, courtesy of the working relationship between the two companies. The 36-year-old's concert was interrupted by Gallus, who took out the former TNA Digital Media Champion in a 3-on-1 assault. Gallus also hit Hendry with his guitar, smashing it on his back.
Joe Hendry made his NXT in-ring debut competing in a Battle Royal. He later teamed up with now-former NXT Champion, Trick Williams, in a winning effort against Shawn Spears and Ethan Page.
