Former WWE World Champion has massive praise for The Usos

Despite their WWE Tag Team Championship reign ending at 622 days, The Usos will hold the distinct honor of being the longest reigning tag champs of all time in the company's storied history. Booker T believes the Samoan brothers rank at the top among every duo of the division.

The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa and The Usos got a win back from Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at Backlash, when they pinned the latter duo's tag partner for the match, Matt Riddle. However, the bigger story coming out of the event from Puerto Rico is the impending split of The Usos from Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and Paul Heyman.

Speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T showered praises on The Usos, claiming that irrespective of their opponents, the former tag team champions will deliver.

"The thing is the matches that they have been pulling off as of late has just been flawless," Booker T stated. "They were stuck in that grind for a while because they were going against the New Day, every week, every show. Now we get a chance to see these guys against other talent and we're really getting the chance to see that these guys are really truly that good."

The Hall of Famer brought up how their bouts against the New Day are classics, then referenced Roman Reigns while concluding:

"You can put the Usos just like you can put Roman Reigns against anybody, and those guys are going to go out there and bring it. They are going to deliver every single time." [1:00 onwards]

Booker T further hailed their main event match against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 39 as the duo's best match to date.

The Usos remain an integral part of WWE programming. They will continue on Friday Night SmackDown, as revealed during the draft.

Will Roman Reigns once again face a WWE title challenge from a family member?

After being only the second tag team main event of WrestleMania since the annual extravaganza's first rendition, The Usos might just be the greatest tag team of all time, considering their key role in elevating Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn as the ultimate babyfaces.

Now, it seems Jimmy and Jey Uso will be booted out of their family, judging by what unfolded during their six-man tag match at Backlash.

Many fans consider The Tribal Chief's feud with Jey Uso as the best of all his title defenses throughout the monumental run. Perhaps WWE may want to revisit the storyline in the not-too-distant future.

I really want to see Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso 🔥🔥🔥🔥
