"Get your Boss to call my Boss" - Oba Femi earns response after threatening to "establish dominance" against current world champion
Oba Femi has made waves with his incredible performances in WWE NXT. The current NXT North American Champion is now looking to go even bigger by challenging a current world champion.
WWE and TNA have gone into a partnership that has seen top stars from both promotions get matches against each other. Oba Femi hasn’t yet benefitted from the partnership but hopes to get a top match against TNA World Champion Moose.
Speaking on The A-Show on RNC Radio, the NXT North American Champion was asked to name someone from TNA he would like to face. It looked like Oba Femi already had Moose in his mind from the start.
"At this point, it has to be Moose. I don’t see anyone else. Maybe AJ Francis. But Moose, if you want to go into a joint and take down the biggest and baddest guy to establish your dominance, it’s Moose, if we’re talking about the IMPACT Zone," Femi said. [H/T Fightful]

His comments got a response from TNA World Champion Moose. The 40-year-old told Femi to get Shawn Michaels to call his boss for the big contest.
"Ok @Obaofwwe my Nigerian brother. Get your Boss @ShawnMichaels the chef to call My Boss and I’ll gladly take down NXT’s juggernaut . #TRUSTTHESYSTEM.”

A match between the two men could headline any show. They have the potential to tear the house down in a hard-hitting contest that could become an instant classic.
Moose had already shown his willingness to face WWE’s Oba Femi
Moose has been making waves in TNA as one of the behemoths on the roster. The current TNA World Champion recently spoke about the crossover with WWE in an interview with Gabby AF.
The 40-year-old named Trick Williams and Oba Femi as the two stars on his list from WWE whom he would want to face. However, he noted that he didn’t have his hopes up for something that hadn’t been planned yet.
"Trick [Williams], I think he’s their champion. There’s another guy there, Oba Femi. We’re both from the same heritage, we’re both Nigerians, so that would be something cool," Moose stated.
Moose could head to NXT for a match or two just like Jordynne Grace. His arrival will help the brand get more viewership and open doors to some bigger rivalries down the line.
