Goldberg makes his return to WWE after 30 months at Bad Blood
WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg was seen at ringside at tonight's Bad Blood premium live event. He was spotted sitting alongside his son as WWE acknowledged his presence ahead of the Hell in a Cell match to kick off the show.
Bad Blood will feature some of the most personal feuds in WWE today. In addition to the CM Punk and Drew McIntyre Hell in a Cell match, fans will see Rhea Ripley try to regain the Women's World Championship from Liv Morgan and Damian Priest finally get his hands on Finn Balor.
Goldberg will probably have the best seat in the house at the premium live event as the WWE Superstars look to exact revenge against their arch-rivals. The WWE Hall of Famer was last seen in action in WWE in February 2022 when he lost a championship match against Roman Reigns. His contract expired following the bout and was not renewed by the company. The star was apparently promised a retirement match but that did not transpire, reportedly leaving both parties on bad terms.
Gage Goldberg, the legend's son, hasn't had an official match in WWE but he was involved in some of his father's feuds in recent years. Gage was last seen in a WWE ring when he interfered in his father's match against Bobby Lashley in 2021.
Bad Blood kicked off with an impactful match between McIntyre and Punk that saw both men bleed. The main event will feature the unlikely pairing of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns taking on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
