Historic WWE faction, not The New Day, will disband after Survivor Series: WarGames, predicts Sam Roberts
WWE analyst Sam Roberts recently predicted the disbandment of a major faction. He suggested it could happen after Survivor Series: WarGames.
The OG Bloodline recently reunited on SmackDown as Sami Zayn and The Usos rejoined Roman Reigns to fight Solo Sikoa's version of The Bloodline. The two groups are expected to square off in a WarGames match at Survivor Series on November 30. On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts predicted that the OG Bloodline's reunion would be short-lived.
The 41-year-old disclosed that he believes all members of the OG Bloodline would go their separate ways after reuniting for one night only at the upcoming premium live event:
"I don't see the OG Bloodline staying together as a faction for all that long. I don't see The Usos getting back together as a tag team. I just feel like they get on the same page for this night, they're together, and maybe they go their separate ways again, just with the knowledge that they'll always have each others' back. I think that's the way to play it," he said. [32:25 - 32:45]
Sam Roberts wants WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman to reunite with the OG Bloodline
WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman has been absent since Solo Sikoa's Bloodline took him out on SmackDown in June after he refused to acknowledge the 31-year-old as his Tribal Chief.
While discussing the reunion of the OG Bloodline on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts claimed The Wiseman must return to join Roman Reigns' team heading into Survivor Series:
"Paul Heyman has to be back for WarGames. The Wiseman has to be back. And the OG Bloodline, if only for one night, has to be a unit," he said.
It will be interesting to see if Heyman returns in the upcoming few weeks and whether the OG Bloodline stays together or splits following the upcoming WWE premium live event.
