Huge title change for The Bloodline after Roman Reigns appears with masked star; new champions crowned on WWE SmackDown

The Bloodline lost on WWE SmackDown, leading to a huge title change after Roman Reigns appeared with two stars on this week's show.

Earlier in the night, the Motor City Machine Guns faced DIY in the final of the WWE Tag Team Championship Tournament. The winner would get a shot at champs Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, and Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley were able to defeat Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. They decided to waste no time in going after the titles. The MCMG challenged The Bloodline to a title match. During the bout, Roman Reigns was joined by Jimmy Uso to attack the Bloodline.

Towards the end, a masked star also joined them.

As Motor City Machine Guns faced Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, they initially faced some issues with the numbers game not being in their favor. However, with the appearance of Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso, things turned sharply to help them. The masked star turned out to be none other than Jey Uso.

Roman Reigns and Jimmy took out Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. That's when the masked Jey Uso appeared and took out Tama Tonga when the referee took a bump. He stopped them from using steel chairs and speared Tonga Loa.

The two newly signed stars defeated The Bloodline to become the new Tag Team Champions only a week after their debut on the show. Jey Uso joining his brother and Reigns proved to be the key factor, costing the Bloodline the titles the same way he felt they had cost him the Intercontinental Championship on RAW this past Monday.
