Huge WWE Superstar returning at Royal Rumble after over a year of absence is possible, says Eric Bischoff
A massive WWE Superstar has been absent from television since December 2023. Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff recently suggested that the star in question could return at the 2025 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.
A year ago, Charlotte Flair suffered multiple knee injuries during a match against Asuka on SmackDown. She has since been out of action. While The Queen was recently spotted training in the ring, many speculated that she might return at Saturday Night's Main Event. However, that did not happen. Speaking on his 83 Weeks podcast, Bischoff discussed whether it would be better for the 14-time World Champion to return on the first episode of RAW on Netflix or Royal Rumble.
The former RAW General Manager disclosed that he prefers to see The Queen make her comeback during the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble Match. The wrestling legend predicted that the 38-year-old would receive a huge pop from the WWE Universe upon her return:
"Two great options, right? One option, returning her on Netflix services the client, which is always an important part of your business. The other services the audience because she would get a monster pop [at] Royal Rumble because of the nature of the event. She's gonna be getting a monster pop either way. But, God, what would I do? I'd save it for the Rumble. If I had the option, if I got a vote, I'd vote for the Rumble," he said. [From 44:49 to 45:27]

Will Charlotte Flair win the 2025 WWE Women's Royal Rumble?
Speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts discussed Charlotte Flair's potential return to participate in the upcoming Women's Royal Rumble match.
The 41-year-old predicted that The Queen would win the match to reserve her spot at WrestleMania 41:
"Charlotte is my pick to win the Women's Royal Rumble this year right now, but who knows? Who knows she'll even be back," he said.
TV host and podcaster Chris Van Vliet also predicted the return of Flair at Royal Rumble on February 1, 2025. It would be interesting to see if that would happen.
