Joe Hendry breaks silence after TNA World Championship loss

Joe Hendry defended his TNA World Championship against Trick Williams at NXT Battleground last month. Trick shocked the world by beating Hendry to become the new TNA World Champion.

Trick became the first active WWE Superstar to capture the TNA World Title. Hendry broke his silence recently after losing the title to Trick. He expressed his regret over losing the title to Trick.

"Now the [TNA] World Championship is in the hands of someone that does not work here. I was supposed to be the team captain, and I'm the one that dropped that ball. I let myself down, I let those fans down that believed in me, I let my peers down. The title is in the hands of someone who doesn't appreciate the history of that championship. The TNA World Championship is for us, TNA wrestlers, the richest prize in the game," Hendry said.

Fans are really hoping for Hendry to win back the title from Trick.
