"I don't care" - Ronda Rousey will never be Logan Paul, believes former WWE name, for major reason
Ronda Rousey and Logan Paul both took WWE by storm during their respective rookie years although the former failed to make an impact on her second run. Former WWE manager Dutch Mantel, formerly known as Zeb Colter, compared the careers of Rowdy and The Maverick.
Rousey had a stellar start to her career, starting with one of the greatest debuts in WWE history. On the other hand, Paul has impressed many with how quickly he transitioned to pro wrestling and has seamlessly adjusted to being a WWE Superstar.
Speaking on the latest episode of Story Time with Dutch Mantel, the 74-year-old wrestling personality explained why Rousey failed to get over with the crowd during her second stint in WWE. He also compared her to the former United States Champion although Paul has her beat in the ring, mic, and overall crowd work.
"She got more boring, you know? You see you're going to ring, you know, she's an interesting figure. I will say that but she's not a good talker. She doesn't have any of the showmanship that Logan Paul has. If she's a heel, you truly dislike her. She's not funny cute, she's just like turn the TV off cute. But Logan Paul, he's fun to watch even as a heel and good-looking guy. But the big difference between Logan Paul, and I don't care if you can give her two months to practice a match, she doesn't know until she gets out there in front of people," Mantel said. Ronda Rousey has taken shots at WWE ever since she departed the company last year. However, Rousey's frustrations have mostly been aimed at Vince McMahon and she has had words of praise for the new era under Triple H.

One of Ronda Rousey's gripes during her time with WWE was how women were treated. Rousey criticized the company's handling of the division in her book although she's happy that things have changed under Triple H.
"I think anyone's better than Vince McMahon. The only place you can go is up. I really enjoy Triple H and working with him, and honestly, I haven't been watching, but I saw something from Natty (Neidhart) saying that they had a card recently that had just as many women on it as the men. (...) That's what I would really like to see. The women equally represented with not just matches on the card, but time on the show," Rousey told CBS Sports back in July.
Ronda Rousey left WWE after SummerSlam last year following her loss to Shayna Baszler in a Submission Match. She officially confirmed her retirement from pro wrestling on her official Instagram account.
