"I'd fight both" - WWE legend comments on $500 million match between Conor McGregor and Logan Paul (Exclusive)
Conor McGregor first teased a $250 million fight with Logan Paul back in December 2024. While the supposed confirmation got a mixed reaction from the fans, it seems to have piqued the interest of a WWE Hall of Famer.
Speaking on a recent edition of What Were They Thinking? on Backstage Pass, JBL was asked to share his thoughts on the rumored $500 million ($250 million each) bout between Conor McGregor and Logan Paul.
"God bless them, I'd fight. I'd fight both of them for $250 million. I'd fight Mr. Brisco for $250 million. I've lost to him a million times. I'd lose again. I love it. I think it's great. I think the Paul brothers are freaking killin it." [From 37:27 onwards]
Logan Paul seemingly put an end to all the rumors about the Ambani-backed fight with Conor McGregor a few days ago. The Maverick, who made his latest WWE appearance on RAW's Netflix premiere, was quoted on X (fka Twitter) with the following:
"I've been so good at this. Now, I'm dedicating my life to this. No More side hustle, no more bullsh*t. 100% WWE..."
Paul hasn't wrestled in a WWE ring since SummerSlam 2024. It remains to be seen what Triple H has in store for the social media sensation-turned-pro wrestler in the era of streaming.
