"I am a fan of Tiffany Stratton" - Ex-WWE employee showers praise on star after SmackDown (Exclusive)
Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently praised SmackDown star Tiffany Stratton. The 25-year-old star is the current Ms. Money in the Bank.
The self-proclaimed Center of the Universe has aligned herself with Nia Jax. The two women featured in a backstage segment on SmackDown this week when Nia caught Stratton by the scruff of her neck, claiming she lost the opportunity to eliminate either Bayley or Naomi last week.
This week on BroDown with Vince Russo, the former writer claimed to be Tiffany's fan. He felt she had a great character, and her in-ring work complemented her mic skills. Russo stated that Stratton was doing a great job and hoped WWE would use her in a prominent position on the show.
"I gotta tell you guys. I am a fan of Tiffany Stratton. I think Tiffany Stratton is doing a good job. I think she's a good performer, not only in the ring, on the microphone. She can play a character. I think Tiffany is doing a good job. I don't got any issues with Tiffany." [From 7:48 onwards]
This week, Bayley won the number one contender's match to challenge Nia Jax for the WWE Women's Championship at Bad Blood.
It will be interesting to see if Tiffany Stratton plays a role in the match or decides to cash in her Money in the Bank contract.
