"I feel the disrespect" - Major WWE star was offended by Rhea Ripley's actions
Rhea Ripley's return to WWE didn't go as planned as the landscape drastically changed on Monday Night RAW. Meanwhile, Nia Jax addressed her previous interaction with The Eradicator. She stated she felt disrespected when Ripley prevented her from doing a stink face and did one of her own to The Irresistible Force.
A few months ago, Rhea Ripley and Nia Jax went viral during a live event match when Mami countered Jax's stink face with one of her own. Later, the former Women's World Champion tried to pull off the move once again on Shayna Baszler, but Nia Jax interfered and hit it on The Queen of Spades instead.
In an interview on Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez, the current WWE Women's Champion stated Rhea Ripley always tried to one-up her by stealing the spotlight. She also added Mami has a stink face coming her way if and when the two cross paths again.
"Rhea's [Ripley] always trying to steal the spotlight; she's always trying to one-up me; she went up there and she gave a full stink face to me, which I was offended. Rhea Ripley scored a one-on-one win over Nia Jax at WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
Last year, The Irresistible Force received another opportunity under Triple H's creative leadership on Monday Night RAW. Nia Jax made her shocking return to the Stamford-based promotion and targeted Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez.
Later, she stacked wins and went head-to-head against the Women's World Champion. However, it became a Fatal-Five-Way instead and Rhea Ripley successfully retained her title.
Earlier this year, Nia Jax punched her ticker to Elimination Chamber Perth when she defeated Becky Lynch and became the new number-one contender for the title. The Irresistible Force and Mami headlined the event in Australia with the title on the line.
In the end, Mami hit a riptide on Jax to retain the title. The two went on to have a successful run on their respective brands. Earlier this year, Nia Jax won the Queen of the Ring tournament and went on to become the WWE Women's Championship at The Biggest Party of the Summer in Ohio.
