"I haven’t talked to Triple H in a long time" - WWE Hall of Famer on his current relationship with The Game
WWE is in its final week before The Biggest Party of The Summer in Ohio. Meanwhile, two-time Universal Champion Bill Goldberg opened up on his relationship with Triple H.
During their prime, Triple H and Goldberg have clashed on different occasions under Vince McMahon's leadership. However, the real-life beef between the two started when they were in rival promotions. It's been a couple of years and the former World Heavyweight Champions haven't been under the same roof in a wrestling organization.
In an interview with Chris Van Vliet on INSIGHT, the WWE Hall of Famer was asked about his current relationship with The King of Kings. The former two-time Universal Champion stated he hasn't spoken to The Game in a while, but praised his recent work in the company as the Chief Content Officer.
"I haven’t talked to Triple H in a long time. It was extremely rocky in the beginning. But I think I think we're at a good place. Man. I have nothing but respect for him, man. He's turned an interesting situation into a very successful situation and very profitable and I'm proud of it man. Good job," Goldberg said. [H/T - Chris Van Vliet]

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg details past real-life beef with Triple H
It's common knowledge amongst wrestling fans that Triple H and Golberg haven't seen eye-to-eye. In the subsequent years, their relationship changed and the two former World Heavyweight Champions resolved their issues, which started under different promotions.
In an interview with Tim Green, the former two-time Universal Champion detailed why they beefed in real life when they weren't working in the same promotion. Goldberg stated that Triple H had made some personal comments against the star when he was in WCW.
"And, he made a comment while I was at home, and I remember it like it was yesterday, and from that second he said I was tanking it or faking it or something, and I wasn't there for the demise of WCW. How could I? So from then on, I wanted to rip his face off. So, we had a confrontation prior to me signing with the WWE," Goldberg said.
