"I'll get right to work on that" - WWE official has sarcastic response to fan demand ahead of RAW
This week's edition of RAW is the final episode of the red brand before WWE Night of Champions this Saturday night at the Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia. A WWE official has responded to a strange request from a wrestling fan ahead of tonight's episode of RAW.
Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes are scheduled to appear on tonight's show ahead of their clash at Night of Champions. There is also a Contract Signing segment between Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus tonight on RAW to make their match official for the premium live event on Saturday.
Ahead of tonight's show, Adam Pearce took to Twitter to sarcastically respond to a tweet from a wrestling fan. The fan decided to react to Adam's tweet from 2016 and asked him to get rid of the fake celebrity accounts on the internet. Pearce quote-tweeted the bizarre request and noted that he would get right on it:
"I’ll get right to work on that," said Pearce.
Former WWE writer Vince Russo calls Adam Pearce a "clown"
Wrestling veteran Vince Russo isn't a fan of Adam Pearce as an authority figure and suggested that the company put Randy Orton in that role.
The Viper has been out of action for a while with a back issue, and fans are growing concerned about him. His father, Bob Orton Jr., recently spoke to Bill Apter in an exclusive interview for Sportskeeda Wrestling and revealed that doctors have suggested that his son never wrestle again.
If Orton's in-ring career has come to an end, Vince Russo would like to see him replace Adam Pearce as WWE's authority figure.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Outlaws show, Russo suggested that Randy Orton returns to the company as an authority figure that fans can take seriously:
"Let's bring him (Randy Orton) back this way. Let's get back to the Authority figure. Change the name. Maybe he's just called WWE Law. Let's get back to the serious guy running the joint where you don't have that clown Adam Pearce and people aren't making their own matches. Let's bring back a serious person running the show, running the company that you aren't going to f with," said Vince Russo.

Adam Pearce has a lot on his plate and could certainly use some assistance keeping things under control on RAW and SmackDown. It will be fascinating to see if he can maintain order tonight on the final episode of RAW before Night of Champions.
