"I’m So Sorry" - WWE star apologizes to Randy Orton on live TV
A WWE Superstar has apologized to Randy Orton following a big botch. The star is NXT's Je'Von Evans who took on The Viper in a singles match on the latest episode of NXT.
On NXT, the main event saw Orton take on Je'Von Evans in a much-anticipated bout. The duo had an incredible outing that was marred by a botched RKO during the final moments of the match.
After the contest, Evans apologized to Randy Orton and the latter responded with a wholesome gesture. When Evans said, "I'm so sorry," Randy replied:
"You're okay, you're the man."
Check out the footage below:
The botched spot saw Evans attempting to land on Orton from the top rope and The Viper failing to execute the RKO. This resulted in an awkward visual. In the end, Orton hit an RKO on Evans and picked up the big win over the youngster.
Orton is one of the most respected stars in pro wrestling today. While he has had some trysts with superstars and called them out in the ring like he once verbally blasted Kofi Kingston for a botch during a match on RAW back in 2009-10, a lot has changed over the past 15 years.
