"I might RKO somebody" - 26-year-old performer teases huge WWE debut

A popular name has teased making her major WWE debut and using Randy Orton's finisher, RKO. The person in question is rapper Sexyy Red, who recently tweeted that she could show up on next week's episode of NXT.

A few weeks back, Red got the fans buzzing when she tweeted about a segment featuring Trick Williams and Meta-Four on the Wednesday night show. Moreover, the rapper is a big fan of Shawn Michaels, NXT's head honcho.

Sexyy Red has sampled Michaels' theme song "Sexy Boy" in the past, which speaks volumes about her fondness for the wrestling legend. Now, the 26-year-old performer has dropped a tweet about her potentially making her WWE debut at next week's NXT and using RKO, one of the most popular finishers of all time.

"I can’t wait to go to NXT next week yall I might RKO somebody@WWE#nxt," wrote Sexyy Red.

Red's tweet garnered several reactions, with NXT's Lola Vice also responding to it and seemingly inviting her to the show.

"you can try," tweeted Vice.

It remains to be seen if Sexyy Red makes an appearance on WWE NXT and gets to execute Randy Orton's legendary finisher.

Dutch Mantell is excited about Randy Orton's match with Tama Tonga on WWE SmackDown

Following The Viper's win over Carmelo Hayes in the King and Queen of the Ring quarterfinals, Dutch Mantell stated there was little doubt over the former's win.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's Smack Talk, Mantell said that he was excited to see Orton step inside the squared circle with Bloodline's Tama Tonga in the semi-finals, believing they could put on a great showing.

"Okay, did you doubt that Orton wouldn't win it? Maybe? Well, you were right. I figured Orton was going to win because Tama Tonga won, and he would be facing the other kid, right? There is no sting to it. There is no push to it. But Tonga vs Orton has got the magic about it. The first time they've matched up. But I enjoyed the match," said Mantell.

Randy Orton and Tama Tonga would go to war on this week's SmackDown to determine who gets to face Gunther in the finals at King and Queen of the Ring 2024 this Saturday in Jeddah.
