"I miss this so much" - Former Champion who's been absent for 543 days responds to Natalya's Instagram story

Natalya is close friends with several women in the WWE locker room and, to many, a leader and figure to look up to. In response to a clip posted by The Queen of Harts on Instagram, a former Champion who has been absent for a long time said, "I miss this so much."

That superstar is none other than Carmella. It's been a tumultuous few years for The Princess of Staten Island, who took a big backseat in WWE in favor of family duties. In January 2023, she returned but took a hiatus again due to her pregnancy. She has been out of action since the March 13 episode of RAW - making it 543 days since her last WWE appearance as of this writing.

Natalya reposted a clip and said she always loved wrestling Carmella, and the latter responded by letting people know how much she misses wrestling:

As mentioned above, she has been good friends with The Queen of Harts for a very long time now.

An up-and-coming WWE star called Natalya her "wrestling mom"

It isn't just the WWE main roster locker room that looks up to Nattie. On the Mark Moses Show, the former MMA fighter Lola Vice paid her respects to Natalya and referred to her as her "wrestling mom."

"That was incredible. Natalya put in a good fight. She brought it. She's a legend. I respect her. Thankfully, I got the win that day and was able to knock her out. That is a memory I'll take with me forever. I think of her as like my wrestling mom. I just pick her brain and ask her so many questions. She is so knowledgeable amazing and talented. Fighting her was a dream come true because I used to see her on Total Divas. It was full circle for me. I'm glad I got to experience this with her," she said.

Lola Vice faced the former SmackDown Women's Champion in an NXT Underground match and picked up the win after Shayna Baszler distracted the veteran by choking out her friend Karmen Petrovic.
