"I think there's a bit of misinformation" - WWE champion Cody Rhodes finally addresses Vince McMahon Netflix documentary
Cody Rhodes made headlines all around the world when he defeated Kevin Owens to retain his Undisputed WWE Championship at the Bash in Berlin 2024 Premium Live Event. Following the event, The American Nightmare led the Post-Show Press Conference instead of Triple H, revealing a heartwarming reason for it, where he answered several questions.
Rhodes was asked if he would watch the upcoming Netflix documentary, Mr. McMahon, which revolves around the "rise and fall" of former WWE CEO Vince McMahon. Cody stated that he was in a Game of Thrones rewatch and hence it would be a lot of commitment.
However, addressing the rumors about WWE not being involved in the Mr. McMahon documentary, Rhodes stated that there was a bit of misinformation revolving around the internet. He also added that he would want to see the whole documentary.
"I think it is a great question. In terms of whether I am going to watch it, not to sound cheeky by any means, I'm deep in a Game of Thrones rewatch, and that is a hell of a lot of commitment. I don't know; I think there's a bit of misinformation in terms of WWE having no involvement in this documentary as far as I know. I would imagine I will get around to seeing it," Cody Rhodes said.
