Incredible inflated ticket prices for WWE WrestleMania 41 revealed

WWE is now under six months from presenting its 41st annual WrestleMania Premium Live Event, live from the Las Vegas area. It's been disclosed how the company will receive major paydays for the big event, but those aren't the only significant numbers already being attached to the PLE. New information reveals how fans are being forced to deal with an absurd ticket situation.

WrestleMania Vegas is already historic. This will be John Cena's final match on The Grandest Stage of Them All, plus it's taking place later in the month, on April 19 and 20, making it the first 'Mania to air on Easter Weekend. WWE partner On Location began selling unique high-dollar 'ticket and travel packages' to begin the week. The pre-sales began on Wednesday and Thursday, and ticket prices were the main topic of discussion from the first round. The general on-sale began at 1 PM today, and while the sell-out was quick, the secondary market has options.

One pre-sale buyer reported a total of more than $4,600 for two "nose-bleed" seats. Another fan reportedly paid more than $1,900 for two upper deck seats, after paying $50 each for the two-day ticket to WWE's WrestleMania Hollywood in 2023. There were also pre-sale tickets in the last three rows for more than $1,000 before taxes and fees.

It was reported by PWInsider that initial ticket prices were increased. However, this was not due to resellers or WWE, but due to Ticketmaster's dynamic pricing, which sets prices based on demand. One two-day combo ticket was sold at $700 initially but later sold at more than $2,000, while another set of tickets that sold at around $1,600 were listed at more than $2,300 the next day. Another fan had a ticket priced at $950, but then it jumped to $1,900. This brought on immense backlash from social media, with many fans responding to Triple H's tweet announcing the start of ticket sales.

Now, scalpers have added to the dread of buying WrestleMania 41 tickets. On StubHub, the two-day combo ticket has hit highs of more than $16,000 on Friday. As of this writing, there are two-day combo tickets on the floor priced between $6,000 and $8,000, with upper and middle deck seats priced between $5,500 and $6,000.

The single tickets for WrestleMania Saturday are almost sold out on StubHub, with upper deck seats priced between $500 and $1,100. There are WrestleMania Sunday single seats all over Allegiant Stadium, priced between $500 and $1,400, before taxes and fees. Earlier on Friday, there were dozens of two-day combo floor tickets priced from $4,000, $5,000, $8,000, $10,000, to $15,000.

To compare, WWE partner On Location has various packages loaded with perks and premium seating. One package priced at $8,000 includes ringside seats, a TopGolf outing with The Miz, plus other items. Another package featuring suite seating, with an in-suite visit by The Undertaker, plus additional perks, is priced at $10,500.

Cody Rhodes teases major WWE WrestleMania 41 plans

Cody Rhodes is looking to headline WrestleMania 41. The current Undisputed WWE Champion is expected to hold the title until at least the big event in April.

The American Nightmare offered a brief teaser for WrestleMania Vegas during his recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. Cody expressed a plan to main-event The Grandest Stage of Them All once again but did not elaborate much.

"WrestleMania 41... I am looking to do what I've done three times now, and enter the main event. But I think it will be something that, perhaps, is bigger than anyone anticipated," Cody Rhodes said. [From 1:00:49 to 1:01:06]

Rhodes headlined WrestleMania 39 in the loss to Roman Reigns, then was in the Night One main event this past April, teaming with Seth Rollins to beat The Head Of The Table and The Rock. Night Two of WrestleMania XL saw Cody defeat Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event.
