Incredible stat surrounding Roman Reigns' return at WWE SummerSlam
Roman Reigns' stunning return to WWE in the closing moments of SummerSlam last night has already brought in major numbers for the company. The Head of the Table showed up during the Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa.
The American Nightmare defeated Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania XL to become champion. Reigns was absent from television for several months before his return last night. The Tribal Chief leveled Solo Sikoa with a Superman Punch and then a Spear.
Cody Rhodes put Sikoa away with a Cross Rhodes to retain the title. Reigns' return has accumulated millions of views and has already generated the company almost $1 million in revenue. The promotion announced a custom belt retailing at $600 following his return with only 1,316 on sale, and they quickly sold out.
Solo Sikoa made himself the new Tribal Chief of The Bloodline during Roman Reigns' hiatus. He kicked Jimmy Uso out of the faction following WrestleMania XL and ordered The Bloodline to attack Paul Heyman on the June 28 edition of SmackDown after The Wiseman refused to acknowledge him as his Tribal Chief.
Former WWE star predicts Roman Reigns will be betrayed following his return at SummerSlam
Wrestling veteran Matt Morgan believes Paul Heyman will turn his back on Roman Reigns despite The Bloodline brutally attacking him in June.
Speaking on the Gigantic Pop podcast, Morgan stated that Paul Heyman as a babyface manager would not work. He noted it would be a massive twist in the storyline if the Hall of Famer were to betray Reigns down the line.
"I still think this is way in the distance, hopefully. I do think [Heyman] comes back and I do think he sides with Solo in them. Listen to me, I know they just pulverized him recently. I get that. That's why it's gonna take some time to get there. But he can't be a babyface manager. Doesn't work. Think about it, what a big betrayal to Roman!" [From 43:58 to 44:27]

Reigns did not attack Cody Rhodes during his interference in the main event of WWE SummerSlam. It will be interesting to see how Sikoa reacts to Reigns' return moving forward on WWE SmackDown.
