Interesting reason why Seth Rollins didn't get his entrance music on RAW, according to WWE veteran (Exclusive)
Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently spoke about Seth Rollins after his appearance on RAW this week. The star got in the face of CM Punk, and the two men had to be pulled apart.
Punk started the show this week, discussing his rivalry with The Visionary. Rollins interrupted him, coming out of the crowd without his signature music. The war of words got so bitter that the two men started brawling amidst the crowd. Several officials rushed in to separate the two men and restore some order.
This week on Legion of RAW, Vince Russo claimed that Punk was irate, given how he mocked Seth's outfit and music. He felt WWE planned on turning Seth Rollins heel and didn't want the fans singing his song. The veteran writer explained that The Visionary walked out from the audience without his entrance music.
"First of all, we open with the CM Punk promo, really really taking shots at Rollins. The way he dresses, burying the music. I think this is clearly... they gonna try to turn [Rollins] heel. He came out without the music. They don't want the fans singing along to the music if he's gonna be heel. CM Punk ran down the people signing. He called him Liberace, Elton John, etc., etc., etc., Just one insult after the next," he said. [From 3:38 onwards]
The animosity between Seth Rollins and CM Punk has peaked over the last two weeks. It will be interesting to see when the two megastars collide inside the squared circle.
