Jacob Fatu breaks silence over returning $2,633 he owed to a charity after missing a show last year

WWE Superstar and Bloodline member Jacob Fatu has shared his first reaction to the controversy involving the non-profit organization, Jake's Network of Hope. Last year, Fatu was paid to appear at a wrestling event organized by Jake's Network of Hope and failed to attend it. The charity later stated that Fatu hadn't paid them the money back.

Fatu has been a WWE Superstar for a while now and receives loud reactions from fans on a weekly basis. The Samoan Werewolf made an immediate impact by joining The Bloodline. Many fans believe that he is a future megastar.

Last year, Jacob Fatu missed a wrestling event held by Jake's Network of Hope. The organization later revealed that Fatu hadn't paid the money back that he received for his appearance. The issue resurfaced on Reddit and X (fka Twitter) recently and Fatu received massive backlash as a result.

Jake's Network of Hope reached out to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful and made it known that Fatu had paid the money back months ago. A Twitter user put up a message shortly after, telling the fans that their apology needs to be as loud as their disrespect. Fatu responded to the tweet as can be seen below:

What did Jake's Network of Hope say about Jacob Fatu?

As per Jake's Network of Hope, Fatu reached out to the organization back in May and made an apology. Fatu also paid back the money a month later. Check out an excerpt from the message:

"In May, Jacob Fatu reached out with a heartfelt apology, initiating a meaningful dialogue that allowed us to work together with all parties involved to find solutions and fully resolve the matter. This event aimed to confront the challenging realities of poverty and the immense obstacles to overcoming it. While not everything unfolded perfectly, we are grateful for the awareness raised around diaper need and the substantial costs of providing essential products to families."

Fatu is currently the most over and popular member of Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. Many fans want to see him receive a massive push in the near future and take on some of WWE's biggest names, including Roman Reigns, Bron Breakker, and others.
