Jade Cargill claims recent questioning is annoying; makes statement on current pairing
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair are two of the most powerful superstars on WWE's female roster. The duo has dominated the women's tag team division since joining forces earlier this year to fight Damage CTRL. However, the two stars are often asked about potentially going after one another.
Despite the continuous questioning, Belair and Cargill have thrived as a team, having won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship twice. The EST and The Storm defeated The Unholy Union to win the titles again at Bash in Berlin. Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn had dethroned Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill in a three-way battle at Clash at the Castle: Scotland.
During a recent conversation with Rick Ucchino on The Takedown on SI, the champions shared their honest opinion about continuous questioning regarding a potential split. Jade Cargill stated that it was annoying to constantly hear about it instead of people focusing on the great work they've been putting together as a tag team.
"Oh my gosh. I would say it's annoying, because just be happy for the success we have right now. That we're working together, that we're building up these tag team titles. We hear it all the time. I mean, what do you guys want us to say? But we need to focus on the now and just us progressing and building up this tag team division," Cargill said.
Bianca Belair added that although a rivalry between the two was inevitable, at this moment, they want people to focus on what the Women's Tag Team Champions were currently doing.
"We want people to get invested into what we're doing now. We almost feel like sometimes you're cutting yourself short, and you're not allowing yourself to get invested into this because you're looking forward, way ahead. Let us do amazing things. Let us make magic work. Of course it's WWE. It's inevitable. Maybe it'll happen down the line, but until then, just let us be us. We just did an interview, and they gave us the best analogy. It's like when you get in a relationship and imagine all your friends say, ‘Oh, I just can't wait till you guys break up," Belair said.

Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair will defend their titles tonight on WWE RAW
The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship will be on the line in the season premiere of Monday Night RAW on the USA Network.
On last week's edition of the red brand's show, former champions, The Unholy Union defeated Damage CTRL's IYO SKY and Kairi Sane to become the number-one contender for the titles and set up a rematch with Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill.
With the two teams fighting for the titles for a second time in ten days, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
