Jade Cargill makes bold claim ahead of WWE RAW
WWE star Jade Cargill made a bold claim ahead of tonight's edition of RAW. The 32-year-old is currently in a tag team with Bianca Belair on WWE SmackDown.
Cargill and Belair captured the Women's Tag Team Championship from Damage CTRL at Backlash in May, but their title reign didn't last long. The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) captured the titles at Clash at the Castle: Scotland and will be defending them later tonight against Pure Fusion Collective and Damage CTRL.
Ahead of tonight's WWE RAW, Cargill responded to Bianca Belair's message from earlier today. The EST wondered who was going to stop them from getting the titles back, and Cargill responded with "Nobody!" as seen in her post below.
Jade Cargill demolished Alba Fyre in a singles match on the August 9 edition of SmackDown. The Unholy Union defended the Women's Tag Team Championship against Cargill and Belair on the August 2 episode of SmackDown, but the match ended via disqualification after Blair Davenport interfered.
Former WWE manager claims Jade Cargill still needs a lot of improvement in the ring
Wrestling legend Dutch Mantell criticized Jade Cargill's performance against Alba Fyre last Friday night on SmackDown.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk podcast, Mantell stated that Cargill needs a lot of work and still looks hesitant in the ring. The veteran added that Cargill looked great but appeared to be lost during the match. He suggested that if it is not laid out beforehand, the former AEW star doesn't know what to do.
"That girl still needs a lot of work. She still looks hesitant. I guess if it's not laid out in the planning, she looks great, but she looks lost. During the match, she doesn't know where to go, what to do, where to be. So, the other girl, Bianca, she has got it down. But Cargill, how long has she been in the business, two years? More?"
