Jey Uso a favorite in The Undertaker household, reveals former WWE star
Jey Uso is debatably the most popular WWE Superstar of this decade among the new generation of talents. The YEET Master consistently proves at every opportunity why he has that reputation.
Although Uso signed with World Wrestling Entertainment over a decade ago, it was only in the last four years he rose the ranks as Main Event Jey. Former WWE Women's Champion and The Undertaker's wife, Michelle McCool, named Jey Uso as the favorite through the lens of their children.
In an Instagram Live session hosted by Bayley, The Undertaker and Michelle McCool were asked who they would invite to their home for dinner. Among the names Michelle listed first were Torrie Wilson, Sharmell, and Booker T. Be that as it may, she also added Bayley herself, Rey Mysterio, Naomi, Jey Uso, and World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, noting that their children love these names:
"We'd go the easy route—Torrie, Sharmell, Booker," Michelle began. "They're all like family. Rey Rey, you [Bayley], I don't know, we got to have some YEET up in here. Kids would love that. So it's [for] the kids. It would be you, Trin [Naomi], Jey, probably Rey Rey, Gunther! Kolt loves Gunther," she concluded.
The former Intercontinental Champion appears to be earmarked for a program with Drew McIntyre, who attacked him upon WWE return a few weeks ago.
Is WWE trying to figure out whether Jey Uso belongs in the main event?
WWE analyst Sam Roberts predicted recently that McIntyre vs. Uso could be a marquee match at WrestleMania 41 if the company is looking to test Uso as a full-fledged main event player.
Main Event Jey is doing incredibly well from the merchandise sales standpoint and easily connects with the live crowd at every arena. Even though he reunited with Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso, The YEET Master has become his own man.
It was evident in how WWE treated him during the WarGames match at Survivor Series, one of the company's 'Big Five' events, where Jey got his own entrance through the crowd. Roberts highlighted this before noting:
"I think the idea might be that Sami Zayn takes us on a road that will get to one of the biggest villains in WWE, Drew McIntyre, versus one of the biggest heroes, one of the biggest good guys, one of the biggest babyfaces, Jey Uso. You talk about a test for Jey Uso as a main event good guy. Who is a better test than to have this rivalry with Drew McIntyre?"
World Wrestling Entertainment will likely heavily push some of its rising stars when the product moves to Netflix, starting from January 6, 2025, onwards. Jey Uso a home-made hero.
