Jey Uso joined another illustrious list after WWE RAW
The Intercontinental Championship is often regarded as the workhorse title, as champions often go after the World Title or potentially become a World Champion in the Stamford-based promotion.
Jey Uso added his name to the company's history books by becoming the Intercontinental Champion on WWE RAW. However, the win adds more history than one could imagine.
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi and Main Event Jey also became the second-ever father-son duo in the company's history to hold the same title. The feat was first achieved by Curt Hennig and Curtis Axel in 2013.
Names such as Dominik Mysterio and Jimmy Uso can also achieve the feat in the coming weeks or months in the promotion. It'll be interesting to see what's next for Main Event Jey on the Red Brand as the Intercontinental Champion.
