Jey Uso doesn't need to win WWE Intercontinental Title due to a major reason, believes analyst

WWE Superstar Jey Uso is scheduled to face Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship next week on RAW. Wrestling analyst Matt Camp has suggested that the YEET Master might not need to win the title, hinting at the possibility of bigger plans for him.

On his The Wrestling Matt podcast, the former WWE host mentioned that Uso doesn't require the Intercontinental Championship to solidify his status as a top star. Instead, Camp suggested that the title would be more beneficial for Bron Breakker's development.

Looking ahead, Matt Camp speculated that Jey Uso might reunite with Roman Reigns in the Survivor Series WarGames match, hinting at a potential storyline involving the original and the new Bloodline.

"A title just to have a title doesn't matter. It's not necessarily about a push. That is about how you're presented. Are you in the main event? Are you being looked at as the top guy? A title doesn't necessarily make that. It does for some people, but I don't know if Jey [Uso] needs the Intercontinental Championship right now. I think it's more important for Bron [Breakker] to have that because I think there could be bigger things in play for Jey Uso. Perhaps ending back up alongside Roman Reigns in WarGames," Camp said. For those unfamiliar, Solo Sikoa is at the helm of a new Bloodline faction, having recruited Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. Jimmy Uso has been absent from WWE television since his expulsion from the original group.

Meanwhile, Roman Reigns is scheduled to team up with Cody Rhodes to face Sikoa and Fatu at Bad Blood. There has been speculation that the original Bloodline and the new Bloodline might clash in a monumental Survivor Series WarGames match in November 2024.

WWE legend has a bold prediction about Jey Uso's IC title match

Jey's father and WWE Hall of Famer, Rikishi, recently shared his two cents on what could go down on next week's Monday Night RAW during the Intercontinental Championship match.

Speaking on his Off the Top podcast, Rikishi suggested the possibility of external factors influencing the outcome, such as interference from other WWE Superstars or even members of The Bloodline.

"Let's see what happens, you know. Again, I ain't, you know, I ain't been, you know, tapping in or tuning in, but uh, yeah, we'll see what can possibly happen. The way I see the tables turning, I see it turning for the YEET man, and then we'll see from there, or it might be an outside interference, you know, it could be somebody, or I don't know. It could be another Bloodline member, or there are so many ways we can go with this," he said.

It remains to be seen whether Jey Uso will be able to capture his first-ever singles title in WWE by defeating Bron Breakker or if he will return to SmackDown to assist his cousin, Roman Reigns.
