Jey Uso officially makes announcement about what's next after huge win; sends subtle message about celebration
Jey Uso won the Intercontinental title on WWE RAW tonight. Now, he's announced what's next for him.
Jey Uso made history on RAW by winning his first-ever singles title 14 years after he began his career with WWE. The star had a long way to go when he first started, but after establishing himself as a major player in the tag team division, he has finally broken out and conquered the singles division as well. His feuds with Roman Reigns first saw him establish himself as a potential singles star.
Since the win, Triple H, Cody Rhodes, and others have congratulated him. However, heading backstage, he spoke to Jackie Redmond, where he officially announced what was next for the Intercontinental title and himself. Redmond said he had done it himself and asked what could be expected from the new Intercontinental Champion.
"We gonna yeet around here. We gonna keep it yeet around here. Jackie."
While he officially announced the start of the new "Yeet" era, when Jackie asked how he was going to celebrate, he didn't answer and made eye contact, sending a subtle message that his celebration was not going to be something he could share in public.
It remains to be seen what Bron Breakker does next, having lost the title to Jey Uso 51 days after winning it.
