Jey Uso sends cryptic one-word message ahead of WWE SmackDown

With Royal Rumble around the corner, Jey Uso has delivered a cryptic one-word message ahead of tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown in Lincoln, Nebraska.

WWE Royal Rumble 2024 will occur on January 27 in Tampa Bay, Florida. Roman Reigns is scheduled to defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a Fatal 4-Way against LA Knight, AJ Styles, and Randy Orton at the premium live event.

There was a Triple Threat match between the challengers last Friday that was supposed to determine The Tribal Chief's opponent at Royal Rumble, but The Bloodline interfered in the match. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis informed Paul Heyman that Roman Reigns would now be defending the title in a Fatal 4-Way as a result of the attack.

Jey Uso left The Bloodline following SummerSlam 2023 and is now a singles star on RAW. He took to his Instagram story to send a one-word message ahead of tonight's edition of the blue brand. The former Bloodline member wrote "nah" with a video of himself driving in bad weather.

Jey Uso reveals dream match for WWE WrestleMania 40

Jey Uso has disclosed that battling a member of The Bloodline would be a dream match for him at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.

The Usos were once a dominant tag team in the company, but the brothers are no longer on speaking terms. Main Event Jey battled for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Summerslam 2023 but was betrayed by his brother. The 38-year-old exited The Bloodline and made the jump to RAW following SummerSlam last year.

In an interview with Billboard, Jey Uso stated that facing Jimmy Uso at WrestleMania would be a dream come true. He added that he would be so grateful if it were to happen at WrestleMania 40 in April.

"Right now, I feel like Jimmy’s at the top of the list. He’s gotta get this work. He’s still ducking me right now. He knows what it is. If I could talk from Josh and me, it’s my dream match. If this does happen, I’d be so grateful and happy. I would just look at him, like look what we doing. Look at this! Those are special moments in the ring that nobody in the world knows," he said. The Bloodline was once the most powerful faction in WWE but both Sami Zayn and Jey Uso exited the group in 2023. It will be fascinating to see if someone can finally dethrone Roman Reigns in 2024.
