Joe Hendry sends four-word message to Shawn Michaels after his WWE appearance
TNA Wrestling star Joe Hendry has sent a message to WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels on social media. Hendry made a special appearance on the latest episode of NXT.
The Prestigious One participated in the Battle Royal to determine Trick Williams' next challenger for the NXT Championship. Hendry received a massive reception from the crowd, and he entered the ring with confidence.
However, the TNA star did not last long in the multi-man contest, as the other 24 superstars ganged up to eliminate him. After the 36-year-old star was out of the Battle Royal, he met The Heartbreak Kid backstage and threw a tantrum.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Joe Hendry made a bold statement with a four-word message to Shawn Michaels. He wrote:
"Anywhere, Anytime, ANY SHOW @WWE @ThisIsTNA."
Shawn Michaels reveals that his match with a WWE legend was one of the most underrated
The Showstopper had several notable feuds during his full-time career against opponents such as Bret "The Hitman" Hart, The Undertaker, Triple H, and others. However, Michaels believes that his rivalry with WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is the least discussed.
In an interview with The Schmo, HBK revealed that his match against the formerly known Mankind at In Your House 10: Mind Games PPV in 1996 was one of the most underrated bouts of his career.
"I don't know if they were fused with the two matches that I'm pretty proud of, [but one of my most underrated feuds] was the one with Mankind. Mick and I had a hell of a match at [WWF] Mind Games, but it was just a one-shot deal. And it's one of those things that I always feel like had Mick and I had a better opportunity to have a much bigger storyline, we could have really done some fantastic things," Shawn Michaels said.
