John Cena breaks silence after acknowledging Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown
WWE Legend and Hollywood leading man, John Cena, broke his silence after coming face-to-face with Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown.
The latest edition of SmackDown saw the Leader of Cenation kicking off the show in style. He got the live crowd excited about the Season Premier of the Blue brand, and also spoke about the Fastlane premium live event.
However, Cena's moment was interrupted by The Bloodline, with Reigns, Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman making their entrance. The Tribal Chief took a cheap shot at the 46-year-old legend by stating he could send him back to Hollywood the way he did at SummerSlam 2021.
The Leader of Cenation said he was not on SmackDown to challenge Roman Reigns because he hadn't earned the chance. Cena also acknowledged The Bloodline leader before introducing LA Knight to Reigns as his potential next challenger.
The former WWE Champion later appeared during the Knight vs. Sikoa bout in the main event where Jimmy Uso tried to take out the 40-year-old star. John Cena delivered an Attitude Adjustment to Jimmy, sending him packing before Knight picked up the victory.
The Leader of Cenation was head over heels with the Season Premier of SmackDown, hyping up LA Knight and Reigns' presence on the show in a social media post.
"A season premiere @WWE #Smackdown that kept us all on the edge of our seats! New faces, the return of the Tribal Chief, and YEAH! A crowd that brought the energy!! See you next week in San Antonio!" Cena wrote.

Who would John Cena potentially face next in WWE?
The 16-time world champion, upon his return to SmackDown, feuded with Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. It seems clear as depicted on WWE TV, that The Enforcer of The Bloodline has a problem with Cena.
During this week's NXT episode, John Cena and Solo Sikoa got into a fight in the closing moments of the match between Carmelo Hayes and Bron Breakker.
And although the Leader of Cenation took out Jimmy Uso on last night's SmackDown, Sikoa ended up hitting him with a Samoan Spike right after.
Given that the former WWE Champion has decided not to go after Roman Reigns, fans can expect Cena and Solo Sikoa in a feud leading up to a major match at a premium live event.
