John Cena sends a message after Triple H finally confirms massive WWE WrestleMania plans

The idea of WWE bringing WrestleMania to London has everyone in the wrestling world buzzing. Following Triple H's apparent confirmation of plans to bring The Show of Shows to the capital of England, John Cena has now weighed in on the exciting news.

In April of this year, Mayor of London Sadiq Khan expressed his ambition to make the city a host for both the Olympics and WrestleMania. Recently, WWE's Chief Content Officer and the company's President Nick Khan took a trip to London and had a highly productive meeting with the 53-year-old.

They discussed having a first-ever international Showcase of the Immortals in the capital of England. Triple H took to social media and confirmed that WWE is planning to hold the big event in London following his meeting with Sadiq Khan.

The 16-time World Champion, who was the first to hype wrestling fans about bringing The Grandest Stage of Them All to London, has now sent a message following the massive news. John Cena, however, confirmed that he won't be competing at WrestleMania London whenever it happens, but will attend as a spectator.

"The city of London, and all of the UK has supported WWE thru thick and thin. I try to minimize using the word “deserve” so I will use more appropriate terms. I’ve said it before and stand by it. In my mind London has EARNED a chance to host WrestleMania. I won’t get to compete when it happens but I will BE THERE as a fan for sure!"

Rising WWE Superstar wants to have a dream match with John Cena

After The Franchise Player announced his Retirement Tour, effective next year, many WWE Superstars have expressed interest in sharing the ring with him for one last time.

One such name is Bron Breakker, who is billed as the most dangerous man on Monday Night RAW. During an appearance on Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez, the 26-year-old star mentioned that he would like to lock horns with John Cena before the latter hangs up his boots in 2025.

"Yeah, absolutely. I think me vs. John Cena would be great. So, we’ll see. I don’t know what his schedule is, or how much he’s gonna be around, or whatever, but you never know," Bron Breakker said.
