Jordynne Grace reacts to reports of legendary 23-time WWE champion returning to TNA

Jordynne Grace recently took to social media to react to the reports of a legendary 23-time WWE champion returning to TNA. The star being referred to is Jeff Hardy.

Hardy started his career with World Wrestling Entertainment in 1994 and signed a contract alongside his brother Matt Hardy in 1998. The 46-year-old was released from his contract in 2003, after which he wrestled for TNA between 2004 and 2006 but returned to the Stamford-based promotion in August 2006. The Hardy Boyz reunited and won several titles, including the World Tag Team Championship.

Jeff Hardy's last stint with Total Nonstop Action took place between 2010 and 2017. After a brief return to WWE, Jeff left the Stamford-based company to join AEW in 2022, and according to recent reports, the former World Heavyweight Champion is once again set to return to TNA.

Jordynne Grace recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to react to this report. She jokingly referred to Jeff Hardy as her open-challenge opponent at Against All Odds.

Jordynne Grace seemingly revealed her TNA Knockouts World Championship challenger's name on social media.

Former WWE champion provided an update on Jeff Hardy's contract status

During an edition of the Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, the former WWE United States Champion provided an update on his brother Jeff Hardy's AEW contract status.

Matt said that Jeff's deal with All Elite Wrestling will be up in June and he does not know if his brother will re-sign a contract or leave the company.

"He’s been clear, he’s just sitting at home waiting on the call. Unlike me, he’s not someone who really gets out and makes things happen he just kind of waits on someone to call him. He sitting at home, just waiting on that phone call, jumping on the trampoline up and down with the dumb bells. But yeah, he’s got till like mid-June or so I think and then his deal is up. So I guess we’ll see if he ends up re-signing or not re-signing. Who knows?”
