Josh Alexander seemingly confirms TNA personality's departure with heartfelt message

A popular TNA name was rumored to be leaving the company soon. Josh Alexander seemingly confirmed her exit with a beautiful message.

Jade Chung had worked for various promotions in the past before she first made an appearance in TNA in 2022. She was at ringside for her husband Josh Alexander's match at that year's Rebellion pay-per-view. A year later, it was announced that she was hired by the company as a ring announcer for Before the Impact and would also host pre-shows.

Chung graduated to main ring announcer in December 2023 and has excelled in the role. However, it looks like her time in the company has come to an end.

PWInsider recently reported that Jade Chung had given her notice that she was leaving TNA. Now, Josh Alexander has taken to social media and seemingly confirmed her exit with a beautiful message for his wife.

"I’m a very lucky man to have someone who shares & understands this passion for pro wrestling. My @JadeChung11 busted her ass these past couple years taking on a new role as the TNA ring announcer. She embodied everything I think of when we talk about why the locker room is such a strong unit. Always looking out for others & going the extra mile whenever it’s needed. I’m proud of her. 🫶"

Josh Alexander is open to joining WWE

Josh Alexander is arguably one of the best wrestlers in the world and is known for his amazing in-ring IQ. Alexander became one of the top singles stars in TNA after he broke out from his successful tag team with Ethan Page. Since then, he has not looked back as he has risen to the top.

Alexander recently confirmed that his contract with TNA would expire in February, and he will be a free agent after that, indicating that he has no intention of renewing it. During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, the Canadian star revealed that he watches both WWE and AEW along with his sons. He also said it would be cool to have a match with Pete Dunne or Gunther in WWE.

“I’m looking at everywhere right now, like. Both my sons are wrestling nuts, especially my six-year-old. So, Monday is RAW, Tuesday is NXT, Wednesday is Dynamite, Thursday is Impact... I’m watching the product, looking at NXT being like, man, me and Ethan could tag up and we can face that tag team, that’d be awesome. I’d really love to have a match with Pete Dunne or Gunther, the list goes on," said Alexander.

It will be interesting to see if WWE will sign Josh Alexander to a contract once his deal with TNA expires.
