Judgment Day member mocks Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest ahead of WWE RAW
A member of The Judgment Day mocked both Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest ahead of tonight's edition of WWE RAW in Texas. Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest were betrayed by their former stablemates at SummerSlam.
The Eradicator will be kicking off tonight's episode of the red brand with a promo. Ahead of tonight's WWE RAW, Finn Balor took to social media to take a shot at Priest and Ripley. He noted that The Judgment Day no longer has egos because the two stars have been removed from the group.
"NO Damian No Rhea," he wrote.
Dominik Mysterio cost Ripley her chance to win the Women's World Championship at the Premium Live Event by distracting the referee. Liv Morgan connected with Oblivion on top of a steel chair to retain the title.
Finn Balor likewise betrayed Damian Priest during his World Heavyweight Championship defense against Gunther. He put The Ring General's boot on the rope after The Archer of Infamy connected with the South of Heaven Chokeslam to break up the pinfall.
Gunther was able to capitalize on the interference and walked out of SummerSlam as the new World Heavyweight Champion. The leader of Imperium will be defending his title against Randy Orton at Bash in Berlin on August 31.
WWE personality believes Finn Balor could bring back iconic character
Sam Roberts recently stated that The Judgment Day's Finn Balor could bring back his iconic "Demon" gimmick during his rivalry with Damian Priest.
Speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, the RAW Talk host shared his thoughts on the feud between Balor and Priest. He stated that it could be the perfect time to bring back his Demon gimmick to battle his former stablemate.
"I'm already having visions of now that he's [Finn Balor] a true villain, The Demon coming back. Damian Priest vs. The Demon. I mean, it's just so cool," Sam Roberts said. (53:40 - 53:54)
