WWE Superstar Karrion Kross opens up about potential WrestleMania match with Bray Wyatt
Karrion Kross has been a huge admirer of the late Bray Wyatt. The former NXT superstar claimed he was scheduled to lock horns with the former Leader of The Wyatt Family at The Showcase of Immortals.
During his appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Kross shed light on the backstage details about his potential match against the late WWE Superstar at WrestleMania 39. He claimed that the two were secretly working on ideas for their rivalry, and not many people were aware of the plans. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned due to the former World Champion's health issues and later his untimely death.
"So fast forward, we were supposed to work last WrestleMania. Nobody knew that except for a collection of writers and some people in the office. [Was this WrestleMania 39?] Yeah! We were slated to do something. And we would talk for hours about how we wanted to get into it, what we wanted to deliver creatively for people where we thought we both needed to be. We had, you know, ideas with Alexa [Bliss], Bo [Dallas] and Scarlett. You know, and then everything happened the way it did," Kross said.
Bray Wyatt was one of the most creative wrestlers of his generation. Following his unfortunate passing, The Wyatt Sicks, a faction led by his brother, Bo Dallas (Uncle Howdy) is looking to carry forward his legacy, as stated by Dallas on a VHS tape, which aired a few weeks ago on Monday Night RAW.
