Latest allegations against Vince McMahon are almost impossible to prove, says WWE veteran (Exclusive)
Former WWE CEO Vince McMahon recently had another allegation brought to light against him, causing much buzz in the community. According to a veteran, these allegations could be very difficult to prove.
Just a while back, a lawsuit was filed against TKO, Vince McMahon, and Linda McMahon on behalf of five unnamed individuals. This was regarding the infamous Ring Boy scandal in 1992, which suggested that several "ring boys" were victims of sexual misconduct. The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that the defendants were aware of these issues but did nothing to stop it.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo brought up an interesting point. The WWE veteran explained that, considering the actual alleged wrongdoers were no longer a part of the investigation on account of many having passed away, it would be difficult to prove the allegations.
"The defendents that were allegedly active in this, in the acts, they are all dead. They are not with us anymore. Pat Patterson's not with us anymore, (Terry) Garvin, Mel Phillips, they've all since passed away. So part of the lawsuit is Vince McMahon and Linda McMahon knew about it. I don't know how you prove that. I don't know, I don't know how you prove that they were privy to what was going on, you know?" [5:00 onwards]
Another veteran has also commented on the allegations against the former WWE CEO
The lawsuit has prompted a number of veterans to comment on the matter, and legendary journalist Bill Apter is no exception.
When asked to share his thoughts on the topic on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine, Bill Apter stated that it was possible for Vince McMahon to ignore these issues, considering that he was always busy with the business aspect of WWE.
"I was there during that alleged time, but if anything like that was going on, it was well-concealed. And I don't think it was something. [...] Hypothetically, I don't think it was like, you know, McMahon is trying to run a show here. I don't think it was a main thing at all on their radar," he added. [10:16 onwards]

It remains to be seen how Vince McMahon deals with the new allegations against him.
