Legendary former WWE champion sends message ahead of upcoming appearance
A WWE legend is set to make an appearance at an upcoming event. Ahead of this, he sent a message to his fans about the same.
D-Von Dudley and Bubba Ray Dudley made a name for themselves in ECW before moving to WWE. During their time in the Stamford-based promotion, they dominated the tag team division for years establishing themselves as one of the greatest tag teams ever.
They have won numerous tag team titles in WWE as well as in other promotions around the world and are still talked about to this day. Given their reputation and legendary status, the Hall of Famers are a sought-after team even today and make appearances at various events.
Bubba Ray Dudley took to social media recently to announce that both he and D-Von will be making an appearance at The Big Event on Long Island at the Suffolk Credit Union Arena this Saturday.
"See you guys tomorrow (Sat. 11/9) at The Big Event on Long Island at the Suffolk Credit Union Arena. 10am - 3pm Stop by and say 'Waazzzuuppp' to the Greatest Tag Team on the Planet and Ratings Gods!!"
D-Von Dudley responded to his brother Bubba's tweet using his signature catchphrase.
"Oh my brother, Testify!!!!"

WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley recently competed on NXT
Bubba Ray Dudley made an appearance at NXT Halloween Havoc as a panelist where he was confronted by Ridge Holland twice. Later on in the night, when Ridge and Ethan Page attacked Trick Williams, Bubba ran in to make the save.
The following week on NXT, Trick asked Bubba to team up to face Ridge and Page. While Bubba initially rejected his offer, he later agreed to do it. The following week on NXT from the former ECW Arena, Trick and Bubba faced Ridge and Page. However, Bubba ended up on the losing side.
But after the match ended, D-Von showed up with a table and passed it into the ring. Bubba and Trick then put Ethan Page through the table.
It will be interesting to see if Bubba Ray Dudley will continue to make more appearances in NXT.
