Lita catches up with former male teammate at recent event
Lita was recently spotted with a former stablemate at a recent event. The two of them worked in the WWE together for quite a while and were hailed by fans for their work.
Lita got her start in the WWE working with Essa Rios before she moved on to be part of Team Xtreme, along with Matt and Jeff Hardy. During this time, she would appear with The Hardy Boyz in several storylines. She was also involved in a real-life relationship with Matt Hardy at the time.
However, this relationship turned sour when she had an affair with Edge while Matt was out with an injury. The fallout from this was public and was the basis of Matt and Edge's brutal rivalry in 2005. This culminated in a "Loser leaves RAW" Money in the Bank ladder match on the October 3, 2005, episode of RAW which was won by Edge.
Following this, Lita continued her relationship with Edge while The Hardy Boyz separated from Lita. Several years later, all parties have moved on with their lives and are happy doing their own thing. It looks like time has healed all wounds.
The former WWE Women's Champion event posted a picture with Jeff Hardy after they caught up at a recent Wrestlecade convention.
"North Carolina brought the hype! Thanks so much to @wrestlecade @highspots @gilbertboyas and all who came today to say hi - y’all the best. Slide 4- this was the first time I’d seen my new action figure since it was announced at SDCC - Slides 6/7 The tricked out @originalfunko customs never gets old."

Teddy Long shared backstage reaction to Edge and Lita's controversial segment on WWE RAW
After Edge feuded with Matt Hardy, his star was on the rise and he went on to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on John Cena at New Year's Revolution in 2006. This was The Rated-R Superstar's first world title win and the following night on RAW, he decided that such a big win deserved a celebration. This resulted in the controversial live s*x celebration between him and Lita. To this day, this is still considered one of the most controversial segments in WWE history.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine, Teddy Long described the backstage reaction to the controversial segment.
"Oh sh*t, we were just laughing and having a good time. It's different when you know, you know what I mean. You are just waiting, you know, just waiting to see it. But I thought it was absolutely great man." [8:01 onwards]
Lita's last WWE match was at WrestleMania 39 where she teamed with Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch to defeat Damage CTRL.
