Liv Morgan compares her romance with Dominik Mysterio to iconic film couple
WWE RAW star Liv Morgan has compared her relationship with The Judgment Day's Dominik Mysterio to an iconic film couple. Morgan successfully defended her Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley this past Saturday night at WWE SummerSlam.
Dominik Mysterio got involved in the title match at the Premium Live Event and betrayed Rhea Ripley. Dirty Dom was involved in a storyline relationship with The Eradicator but has left her behind in favor of Liv Morgan.
The 30-year-old took to her Instagram story today to compare her relationship with the former North American Champion to that of Woody and Bo Beep from Toy Story. You can check out her Instagram story by clicking here.
Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Carlito, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh comprise the new version of The Judgment Day. Balor and McDonagh are the reigning World Tag Team Champions after Morgan helped them capture the titles earlier this year.
Former WWE star criticizes finish to Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam
Wrestling veteran Afa Anoa'i Jr. shared his thoughts on the Women's World Championship match at WWE SummerSlam and claimed the finish was predictable.
During a conversation with Sportskeeda Wrestling following the Premium Live Event over the weekend, Anoa'i Jr. stated that he enjoyed the match between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley until the final minutes. He claimed the finish was predictable and could have been executed more effectively.
"So match number one, I really enjoyed. It was a really hard worked match. What didn't hit for me was the finish. I thought that the match outweighed the finish. And a lot of times, I'd like to see the finish outweigh the match. It was just to me, very, very predictable. Just the way Dom slid the chair in, jumped up, and grabbed the ref was very lazy. It was just lazy. You know, match number one is the tone-setter of the show. Really good match and I just feel the finish could've been executed better." [From 7:33 onwards]
