Liv Morgan issues statement after hitting major milestone in WWE
RAW Superstar Liv Morgan recently sent out a tweet to celebrate a massive milestone she has hit in WWE. Morgan has surpassed 200 days as Women's World Champion and has boldly claimed she's the greatest to hold the title.
Morgan won the gold from Becky Lynch at WWE King and Queen of the Ring 2024 in May. Since then, she has managed to keep the Women's World Championship intact across her waist, despite Rhea Ripley's multiple attempts to it back.
The Miracle Kid is now gearing up to defend her title against Iyo Sky at Saturday Night's Main Event on Saturday, December 14th. Amid this, Liv Morgan has hit 200 days as champion in WWE, with her reign only getting stronger with every passing week. The 30-year-old has now tweeted about the accomplishment and claimed that she was the "greatest Women's World Champion" of all time:
"200 days as the greatest Women’s World Champion of all time. You’re welcome 😘", tweeted Morgan.
WWE veteran Vince Russo thinks Liv Morgan could lose her title to Iyo Sky
In a recent episode of Sportskeeda's Writing with Russo, the former WWE writer predicted that Iyo Sky could pull off a shocker of a win at Saturday Night's Main Event. Vince Russo explained that though Liv Morgan shouldn't lose her title, the promotion could pull the trigger on Sky as she was a beloved name backstage:
"That is tricky and I'll tell you why. Liv has done a fantastic job, she's done a great job. But somebody trhere loves IYO SKY bro. I don't know who it is. I don't know if it's Trips (Triple H), I don't know who. Somebody loves her. So the bottomline is they definitely should not beat Liv. But I would not be surprised if they did."
Apart from Sky, Rhea Ripley is also eyeing a shot at Liv Morgan's title, especially after pinning her during the Women's WarGames match at Survivor Series 2024.
