Liv Morgan may introduce ex-champion as the 6th Judgment Day member after Bad Blood, says ex-WWE host
The Judgment Day has been a dominant force on WWE RAW for nearly two years. The faction currently consists of Finn Balor, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Carlito, and JD McDonagh. Meanwhile, a former WWE host has predicted that an absent superstar could return to become the newest member of the stable.
The superstar in question is none other than Raquel Rodriguez. The six-foot Texan is Liv Morgan's former tag team partner. Together, they held the Women's Tag Team Championship twice. However, she has been absent from TV since February 2024 due to health-related issues.
Speaking on his The Wrestling Matt podcast, former RAW Talk host Matt Camp claimed that Rodriguez could return tonight at Bad Blood to help reigning champion Liv Morgan win the Women's World Title match against Rhea Ripley.
Camp explained that The Judgment Day needed another female member to back up The Miracle Kid, pointing out that Dominik Mysterio could not physically engage in her battle with Rhea Ripley.
"When you have a group like The Judgment Day that are heels who need to win by the numbers game and by cheating, and all of that, that's the heat. Liv has Dom. But you need a female to back up Liv; to fight for Liv, who can be fought against because you can't just have Rhea beating up Dom because he can't really fight back. We know that, and no one else in The Judgment Day can fight Rhea. No one else can take up Liv's cause, but Raquel could. Raquel has that presence about her; she has history with both women, more so as the friend to Liv," he said.
The former host then pointed out the heated rivalry between Ripley and Raquel in NXT, stating that the Triple H-led creative team could use it to justify the Texas-native siding with Morgan. He said that the Women's World Champion should introduce her former partner on RAW as her new ally, playing a video package of their moments together and Raquel's dominance over The Eradicator in NXT.
"You have Liv get Raquel on her side on Monday. You have a promo package of Liv going, 'You know why I got Raquel on my side? Let's take a look.' And you show how Raquel and Liv have worked together. But more importantly, you show Raquel dominating Rhea, more so in NXT because that's more of where it happened," he added. [43:20 - 44:56]
Ex-WWE writer predicts the result of Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley at Bad Blood 2024
In a recent episode of his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. discussed the upcoming clash between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan at Bad Blood.
The 48-year-old predicted that the WWE Women's World Champion would retain her title with the help of Dominik Mysterio despite her "Daddy Dom" being locked inside a shark cage above the ring.
"I am picking Liv Morgan because I don't think their story is anywhere near being done. I think somehow Dominik is gonna get out of the cage and sc**w up Rhea Ripley's opportunity to win the match, and Liv is gonna go over again," he said.
Dominik helped Morgan retain her title against his ex-girlfriend at WWE SummerSlam. It will be interesting to see if he manages to do the same tonight at Bad Blood.
